Movie + Shopping trip
Met up with meng n hui hui yesterday to watch over the hedge at shaw lido... seriously it's not worth to pay for movie tics to catch it la... if not for clearing our movie voucher which is like expiring at the end of the month... would not have caught it at the theatres... It was quite an entertaining, funny and cute movie... with nice graphics... which my 3 little neighbours would had watch over n over again if they buy the vcd/dvd... which kinda explains my unwillingness to pay and watch it. But that's not the main reason.
Anyway, great singapore sales started on fri n omg it was so crowded in orchard road k... even at lido, the ticket queue extends all the way to the kfc there! As much as i wanted to engage in retail therapy yest... the crowd puts me off... n so we carried out our plan of gg to city hall area to shop at marine square... thank god the crowd was better... there's still alot of pple but human flow was much better n we dun have to squeeze with people to get around and to shop.
Hee... and i went on a shopping spree yesterday... the irony is though the GSS is here... the 2 items which i bought were not on sale!! Anyway, i got myself this e-base skirt which i had been like eyeing since last friday... lols... it was very ex lo... $45. I can alr hear my mum commenting "so expensive!" But being me, i dun buy clothes unless i like it very much n thus sometimes i do spend more on clothes which i can't stop thinking abt.
My other purchase was this dark maroon (or isit purple?)wallet which i wanted to get since very beginning of the year. It costs me $33. The design on the outside looks like this: 
Can only find the white one on the net... haha... i like the butterfly design.
